Banning Advocaten assisted founders Logchies Management B.V. in the acquisition of several Logchies business entities by Scheybeeck Participaties B.V.

Logchies is a family-owned company working in the field of maintenance and preservation of existing real estate for clients. Scheybeeck is an independent private equity firm that through its investments focuses mainly on companies active in rental, maintenance and service, technical services, safety, transport and logistics and construction and development.
