We have developed a special expertise in assisting international companies in their ongoing battle against counterfeit goods. Furthermore, we frequently support clients in seizures of counterfeit goods at the Dutch Customs and Police, and in legal proceedings before the Dutch courts.

We represent a wide range of major international companies, as well as medium-sized and small businesses, active in a variety of sectors such as luxury consumer goods, fashion, watches, automotive, food, hospitality and sports.

Our knowledge goes beyond borders. Our Intellectual Property Team has an extensive international network of intellectual property law specialists, amongst others due to various memberships of both national and international specialised associations, such as the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) in which Ranee van der Straaten actively participates in the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee.
