This transaction is closed on 12 may 2020 This transaction represents a successful extension of St Paul’s customer base in ready meals, snacks and processed food. In addition St Paul will now also be able to offer a wider range of product formats in grated cheese and air dried cheese. St Paul Group is a mid sized family company and the organization is a leading supplier of cheese solutions for the food industry, has a strong position in Europe and with considerable and growing sales volumes in the rest of the world. The combination of St Paul and Givaudan’s former activities will create a leading European player in cheese solutions offering a wide range of cheese based product formats for global customers in processed food.
