attorney-at-law | partner | mediator
Agnes is a specialist in the field of separations and divorces, alimony, property settlement (including prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, etc.), child custody, care and access arrangements (including parenting plans) and all related issues. She advises on and, where necessary, litigates disputes in these fields. Agnes is also regularly asked by clients, as well as fellow lawyers or financial advisers, to give a second opinion. She furthermore gives advice, binding and non-binding, in difficult and complex cases. Many of her clients are business owners (or their partners), but she is also frequently engaged by other types of clients.
Her aim is to reach sustainable agreements in consultation, taking both parties’ interests to heart. Not only the legal aspects, but also the persons involved in the separation or divorce are important to her. Her ultimate goal is a win-win situation for all the parties involved. If necessary, however, she can also sink her teeth into a legal action and go straight for the goal.
Agnes also has years of experience on “the other side of the table”: first as a deputy judge and now as a deputy justice at the Court of Appeal. She also has many years’ experience as a much sought-after lecturer on the subject of alimony, with lawyers, financial advisors, mediators and judges among her audience.
Agnes’s clients describe her as a committed, empathetic, dedicated, professional and resolute lawyer who listens to her clients but is direct and clear when necessary.

I love the process of searching for a solution of the conflict, with my client, in which de-escalation and a stable agreement are the most important factors.
