Debby specialises in individual and collective employment law (reorganisations). She advises and assists companies in restructurings. Debby helps her clients implement the proposed changes carefully and as smoothly as possible.
She also advises and litigates in the field of file building and individual dismissals, short-term and long-term absenteeism, amendment of employment conditions, employee participation law and competition-related issues. Debby acts as a strategic sparring partner for the boards and HR departments of companies and institutions in the profit and non-profit sectors. She also advises directors and employees at management level.
