Michiel’s practice consists of a variety of employment law cases for clients in several sectors. He has extensive advising and litigating experience regarding individual and collective dismissal, sick employees, employment participation, unlawful competition, assessment and drafting of contracts and collective labour agreement issues. Michiel also provides (inhouse) trainings for management, HR and board.
Michiel represents the interests of companies in (dental and animal health) care, education, industry, retail and construction. He also advises employees on management and board level about their employment law position. The main motivation for Michiel is to provide a full-service solution for his clients, by acting proactively and resolute. Frequent consultation with the board and HR regarding actual employment law related issues, leads to an early and adequate solution.
