Mariam specialises in the civil real estate practice. She advises and – if necessary – litigates on issues in the field of among others tenancy law, construction law, rights in rem (such as ownership, easement, ground lease, apartment right, etc.) and general law of obligations. Mariam works for both companies and private persons. She also has experience in advising and litigating for Homeowner associations.
Her approach is characterized by finding pragmatic solutions without losing sight of her clients’ interests. If an out-of-court solution proves impossible, she is fully committed to her clients in order to achieve the best possible result in court proceedings.
